Aaron Learmonth is a graduate of the 2006/07 Interactive Multimedia program at Algonquin College with one year of contract work experience in web and Rich Internet Application development. He recently completed a 6 month contract as a Flash Developer with the industry leading branded application studio Teknision. Aaron also has taken on several freelance projects in his spare time including developing a flash website and blog for Canadian singer-songwriter Kathleen Edwards. He lives in Ottawa, Canada and is currently seeking employment in the multimedia/web development field.
He received his bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with a major in Statistics from Carleton University in 2000. He worked for several years in the interactive media product manufacturing industry before leaving in September of 2006 to attend the graduate program at Algonquin College.
He is strongly recognized for his creativity, analytical and problem solving skills balanced with his abilities to collaborate effectively on project teams and accomplish results according to schedule.
